About Me

Hello and welcome to my Page! 😀

My name is Tamara, 22, half French half Turkish, currently living in Germany. As travel, culture and language enthusiast, I traveled to Australia, Newzealand and Thailand, after I finished school. Afterwards, I started studying International Hotel Management in the Netherlands. Everything seemed fine at the beginning. I was living the typical life of a student. Partying on weekends, not really caring what I was eating, surving the days with a lot of coffee and doing a lot of sports. This lifestyle was accompanied with a lot of self harming and self-destructive behaviour. I went from one unhealthy diet to another, was constanly criticising myself and constantly had the feeling of not being enough. My entire life, I was striving for perfection and was a high achiever. I stressed myself out, pretty much in every situation. This entire lifestyle went well until I collapsed in April 2014 and burned out. I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue a couple of months ago. I completely commited to my healing process and moved back to my mum´s house. This is my journey to heal myself on a natural way. I share articles which will cover topics such as meditation, yoga, nutrition, bio-identical hormones, self love and positive mind set.

I hope that I can ispire some souls out there to believe in themselves and to listen to their body. Thank you very much for stepping by.

This blog is there to spread my holistic approach to heal myself from this adrenal fatigue!

  1. Congratulations on your new blog and desire to inspire and inform others! Best wishes on your journey to vibrant health and well-being, and thanks for the follow at Self-help Health. I always appreciate when someone decides to do that, plus it helps lead me to what they’re up to, like this About page of yours. Hopefully there will be some things at SHH that you will find useful and informative.

p.s. I have recently put together a booklet that gives people insight into feeling not good enough, the need to be perfect, and other core issues that cause so much self-imposed human suffering. Had the thought that you might find it helpful. Here’s a link to learn more about it….http://evolutionmadeeasier.com/products–services.html
